January 24, 2009 - Under the motto"Your Merit, Our Support, Romania's Future", the League of the Romanian Students Abroad (LSRS) was inaugurated officially at the beginning of January 2009, at Vernescu Palace, in Bucharest. LSRS is an organisation dedicated to all Romanian students and graduates abroad, aiming to defend the rights and the academic, professional, social and cultural interests of the Romanian Students abroad and facilitate their contribution to Romania's development. s'averer
Paneuropa Foundation considers that the establishment of such organisations could prove an active factor in putting together the important capacities of intelligence, creation and action of the young Romanians studying abroad in order to build bridges of understanding and cooperation between Romania and the countries where they are making their studies and so to reach a better knowledge of the Romanian culture and civilisation and an ever closer relationship of the Romanian people with other peoples of the world, beneficial also for the future construction of Romania.
Paneuropa Foundation welcomes the establishement of the new organisation dedicated to the Romanian students abroad, to their needs, requirements and endeavors and expresses to it the most sincere wishes of full success in the accomplishment of its objectives. At the same time, it declares the entire availability for a closer cooperation with LSRS on all subjects of common interest.
